Description
Our client, a Commercial Bank, is looking for friendly Bank Tellers to provide top notch customer service. As the first point of contact, you will handle customer inquiries, process transactions and resolve issues, make every customer feel valued and supported.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service and give information on banking products.
- Process cash transactions accurately.
- Address customer complaints and promote other banking services.
- Work with other departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
Requirements
- OND in any field with a minimum of Lower Credit.
- Banking experience is an added advantage.
- 25 years old or below.
- Good communication skills and a friendly attitude.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Outlook).
Salary: ₦114,000
