Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Facility Operations Consultant with hospitality and property management background. This role goes beyond traditional facility management, driving operational efficiency, guest experience and financial performance of properties. The ideal candidate will combine technical facility management skills with business acumen to ensure our facilities are well maintained and profitable.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily facility operations to ensure compliance with safety, health and environmental standards.
  • Develop preventive and corrective maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and extend facility life.
  • Apply hospitality principles to enhance property environment and boost guest satisfaction and client retention.
  • Analyze operational costs and implement strategies to increase revenue and reduce expenses while maintaining quality.
  • Implement initiatives for energy efficiency, space utilization and vendor management to improve profitability.
  • Provide financial insights and facility performance reports to stakeholders, highlighting key profitability drivers.
  • Support management in aligning facility operations with overall business objectives.
  • Identify industry trends and recommend innovative solutions to ensure long term profitability.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in facility management in hospitality, hotel or real estate industry.
  • Strong knowledge of financial management, cost control and revenue optimization.
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving and negotiation skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
