Our business model offers bespoke solutions across human capital, legal, IT and financial services to the top industries – think healthcare, IT, logistics, construction and security, that type of thing.
We’re currently recruiting for the following role:
Job Title: Receptionist & Customer Relations Officer (CRO)
We want to find this person in Wuse 2, Abuja to work with us on a full-time basis.
What We’re Looking For
The Customer Relations Officer will be responsible for making our spa a great place for our clients to be. This means sorting out appointments, memberships, treatments, selling products and getting people booked in for loyalty rewards – all while drumming up business on our social media channels to bring in more sales and drive profitability.
Key Stuff They’ll Need To Do
- Sort out client details and bookings whether online or offline.\
- Make sure every client interaction is a good one, from pre-appointment right through to after-sales service.\
- Keep the Spa Manager and the Spa Director in the loop on how we’re doing, tell them what we need to get and what we’ve got to say to the clients.\
- Get stuck in with the Spa Manager to make sure we’re doing ok on the revenue side, coming up with ideas for improvement and all that.\
- Come up with a social media strategy to get more customers through the door and more sales on the floor.\
- Make sure our social media accounts are up to date (that’s Facebook, Twitter and Instagram) – and take photos of clients looking happy after treatments.\
- Get 10 new members on board each month by selling the benefits of membership.\
- Go to trade fairs and other events in Abuja and beyond if that’s what’s needed.\
- Help manage ‘Amali Cosmetics’ too – that’s our sister brand.\
- Do whatever else we ask
What You’ll Need
- You’ll need to have a degree or HND.\
- About a year or two of experience in the beauty industry.\
- Good at building relationships with clients, building trust and so on.\
- A problem solver and good at thinking on your feet.\
- Patient and can handle multiple things at once.\
- Can write clearly and also can sort out problems.\
- Got good people skills – leadership, listening and all that.\
- Keep an eye on industry trends and new ways of doing things.\
- Familiar with all the tech we use – software, Excel, the lot – an added bonus.
Salary: ₦100,000
