We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager to head our growing telecom sales in Lagos Island. This role is for a results-driven professional with a solid background in telecom sales, team management, and dealer network development.
Job Description
The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for planning and executing sales strategies, managing dealer relationships, and growing the business in the region.
Key Tasks
- Plan and execute regional sales strategies that meet company targets.
- Supervise and motivate a team of direct sales reps and field agents.
- Build and manage a strong network of dealers and distributors.
- Oversee regional marketing campaigns and BTL (Below-The-Line) promotions.
- Manage sales to SMEs and retail shop performance.
- Track sales operations and ensure KPIs are met.
- Maintain good business relationships with dealers, partners, and customers.
- Manage a region with 30-50 base stations and 40-50 retail outlets.
- Ensure collections are accurate and revenue is managed efficiently.
Requirements
- HND, BSc, BA in Business, Marketing, or any related field.
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in telecom sales with results.
- Strong background in team leadership, territory management, and dealer development.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
